ADHD - Executive Functioning and Learning Enhancement Program (EFLEP)

Executive Functioning and Learning Enhancement Program (EFLEP).
This program is designed for teenagers and complements Recovery DBT’s core IOP DBT curriculum. EFLEP is designed to address critical learning, organization, and attentional skill deficits that often accompany emotional dysregulation, self harming, and impulsive behavior associated with ADHD, depression, anxiety, substance use and other mental health disturbances.
EFLEP is a three-hour program that takes place weekly as part of the intensive outpatient program or as a stand-alone intensive once- to twice-weekly group.
